This website is the start of something I’ve been building quietly for a while — a space for gentle guided walks in Bannau Brycheiniog, designed to help people reconnect with nature and rebuild confidence at their own pace.
Simply Strolling is about more than walking from A to B. It’s about slowing down, breathing out, and discovering what happens when we put one foot in front of the other — with no pressure, no rush, and no judgement. Whether you’re new to walking or just feeling unsure about getting back outside, you’ll find a welcoming place here.
At the moment, I’m leading a few walks for friends and early supporters. These have been a gentle way to shape what Simply Strolling will become — and I’m so grateful for the encouragement I’ve received.
Later this year, I’ll be publishing a full schedule of small group events and offering one-to-one coaching walks. Whether it’s your first time on a hill path, or you’re ready for a new challenge, all of my walks are designed to be supportive, safe and enjoyable.
With a qualified guide by your side, you can explore beautiful places and begin to rebuild confidence — whether that’s in walking, in nature, or in yourself.
